Wherever you find Young Life International throughout the world, you will also find adults who care deeply about young people. These are people who understand adolescents on the most basic level, from the inside out, and offer their support.

• as a volunteer leader, working closely with young people. Young Life International leaders are followers of Jesus Christ, called to serve young people. When people talk about their Young Life International experience, one of their main references are about leaders who care.
• as a committee member, supporting local leaders in any way they can.
• as staff, working with young people, providing administrative support, building and maintaining excellent facilities.
• as prayer support.
• as a donor, providing financial support.
